Every Wednesday is Family Day on Rostock’s Christmas market. On this day, children and families get discounts at various funfair rides, showmen stands and food stands.
For many years, the showmen have invited people with special needs to take a memorable stroll through the Christmas market on the first Tuesday of the Christmas market.
If you take part in the VVW-Ticket-Deal on 19th of December 2024 and go by train, bus, ferry or tram from Rostock or its surrounding region to the Christmas market, you will get every second ride for free - if you present your validated VVW-Ticket for public transport from that day at the participating funfair rides, So pay once and ride twice!
